If you haven’t met me before – hi my name’s Takudzwa
I started creating resources for CIE A Level students in 2023.
I began with a simple website—just a collection of revision notes and topical worksheets. At the time, I had no idea how many other students were struggling with the same concepts I once did. But soon enough, my website started to grow, and I realized that I could help more students by sharing what I had learned.
Fast forward a few months, and I decided to take things a step further by launching my YouTube channel, GCE A Level Maths 9709. The channel started off small, with just a few viewers here and there, but it quickly grew as more students found value in my tutorials and explanations. Today, the channel has over 4,000 subscribers, and I get messages every day from students telling me how my videos have made a difference in their learning.
As demand for my help grew, I started receiving more and more requests for one-on-one tutoring. The problem? There are only so many students I can physically help at a time. That’s when I realized I needed to create something bigger—a course that would allow me to help as many students as possible.
That’s when I created this U to A* CIE A Level Maths course.
Having graduated high school with straight A*s in Maths (96%), Chemistry (94%), and Biology (91%), I know firsthand how tough A Levels can be. But I also know that with the right support, anyone can succeed. I’ve made it my mission to help students navigate the challenging parts of their A Level journey and achieve the grades they deserve.
Now, with almost three years of tutoring experience under my belt, I’m excited to continue supporting students in a way that scales—so I can help as many people as possible unlock their potential and reach their A* in CIE A Level Maths.
And if you’re wondering where I’m at today, I’m currently studying Actuarial Science at the University of Cape Town (South Africa).
